Description
A central concept of any international tax plan is based on the proper determination of a person’s fiscal residence. his course will discuss the various ways in which an individual is considered a fiscal resident for U.S. purposes. The green card and the substantial presence test will be discussed. The closer connection exception will be discussed. Form 8840 will be completed.
